Our Response

Upon receiving a sufficiently complete and valid copyright infringement notification, we will review the complaint and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

We may contact the person who submitted the material or the relevant user when additional information or clarification is necessary.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

A counter-notification should generally include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared.

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court and agree to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original copyright complaint.

Where applicable, we may restore the material in accordance with the applicable DMCA process after receiving a valid counter-notification, unless the copyright claimant takes appropriate legal action within the applicable period.
